The Firm
Beginnings Foundation (FBF) is an organization that works with two groups of
young people in Tanzania: those who are currently in school, specifically in
Form IV and VI of secondary school, and those who are not in school due to
reasons such as early pregnancy or poverty.
The goal
of the foundation's programs is to provide both in-school and out-of-school
youth with the skills and resources necessary for success. For those who are in
school, the foundation's programs aim to equip them with the life and
entrepreneurship skills necessary to complete their studies and succeed in the
labor market. Meanwhile, for those who are not in school, the foundation's
programs aim to provide them with access to opportunities and resources that
will help them take control of their own well-being.
